DESCRIPCIÓN
The DEMG-9S-J-A197 is a D*M series high-reliability D-Sub connector featuring 9 contacts in size 20 configuration with right-angle solder contacts. This connector is engineered for demanding environments with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1000 VAC at sea level, a maximum current rating of 7.5 A, and contact resistance of 7.5 milli Ohm maximum. The connector operates reliably across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and supports 200 mating cycles, with a steel shell finished in pure tin over nickel and gold-flashed copper alloy contacts (4-10 microinch over 100 microinch nickel). The thermoplastic insulator (PCT UL 94V-0) and 90° metal bracket with 4-40 fasteners provide robust mechanical and electrical performance. This connector is ideal for aerospace, military, and industrial applications requiring high reliability and durability in harsh operating conditions.
