DESCRIPCIÓN

The DCMM-37S-F179 is a high-reliability D-Sub connector featuring 37 contacts (size 20) in a socket configuration, designed for demanding industrial and military applications. It supports wire gauges from AWG 20-28 with wire wrap contact termination, and is constructed with a steel shell finished in yellow chromate over zinc, paired with a thermoplastic (PCT UL 94V-0) black insulator. The connector delivers a maximum current rating of 7.5 A per contact with a contact resistance of 7.5 mO maximum, operates reliably across -55°C to +150°C, and withstands 1000 VAC dielectric voltage at sea level. With 500 mating cycles and copper alloy contacts finished in 50 microinch gold over 40 microinch nickel, this connector provides excellent corrosion resistance (48-hour salt spray test) and is ideal for applications requiring robust signal and power distribution in harsh environments.
