DESCRIPCIÓN
The DCM-37S is a high-reliability D-Sub connector featuring 37 contacts in size 20 configuration, designed for demanding industrial and aerospace applications. It supports a wire gauge range of AWG 20-28 with a maximum current rating of 7.5 A per contact and a contact resistance of 7.5 milli Ohm maximum. The connector operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and withstands a dielectric voltage of 1000 VAC at sea level, with a rated lifespan of 200 mating cycles. The steel shell with yellow chromate finish over zinc, combined with gold-flashed copper alloy contacts over nickel plating, ensures excellent corrosion resistance and durability in harsh environments. This connector is ideal for applications requiring robust interconnection in military, aerospace, and industrial control systems where reliability and environmental resistance are critical.
