DESCRIPCIÓN
The 121583-0015 is an APD High Power 1-way flange receptacle connector designed for demanding transportation and industrial applications requiring robust electrical connections. It features a pin gender configuration with Code 6 red mechanical keying (RAL 2002), operating at 48 VDC with a maximum contact resistance of 0.4 mO and voltage proof rating of 1000 VAC for 60 seconds. The connector is constructed from PBT GF housing with HNBR sealing material (alternative FKM available) and PA 66 GF coupling nut, providing excellent durability with 50 mating cycles and IP 67 sealing per DIN EN 60529. It withstands extreme environmental conditions including temperatures from -40°C to 125°C, humidity up to 95% relative humidity, salt spray exposure (96 h at 35°C), and vibration resistance of 100 m/s² across 3 axes for 24 hours. The connector is compatible with brake fluid, ATF, fuel, and other industrial fluids, making it ideal for automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial control systems where reliable high-power connections are essential.
