DESCRIPTION

121583-0007 is an APD 4-way flange receptacle connector with pin gender, designed for reliable electrical connections in transportation applications. The connector features Code 4 blue mechanical keying (RAL 5012) for positive identification and operates at 48 VDC with a maximum contact resistance of 5 mO and insulator resistance of 10 MO minimum. It is rated for 1000 VAC voltage proof (60 seconds) and withstands 50 mating cycles with a coupling torque of 1.2 Nm maximum. The connector operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 140°C and achieves IP 67 + IP 69K sealing protection, with housing material of PBT GF, sealing material of HNBR (alternative FKM), and coupling nut material of PA 66 GF. Static load ratings include 250 N axial and 150 N lateral for mated connectors, and 350 N for free connectors, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial environments requiring robust, sealed connections.
