Snap Action Switches, also known as micro switches, are switch devices that are used to open or close an electrical circuit at a rapid speed. These highly sensitive switches are often used in irrigation systems, semi-trailer trucks, timing devices, office equipment, test instruments, medical and dental equipment, HVAC equipment, valves, and manually operated devices, among others.

YE-2RQ27-A4 Snap Action Switch from Honeywell is a standard "Large Basic" micro switch. With an elongated mounting hole, this SPST Momentary Switch enables more accurate and easier mounting. It delivers precision operation with low operating force and differential travel. This Honeywell Switch ensures long mechanical life that is up to 20,000,000 cycles at a 95% survival rate.
