AR181610CHLT is an 18 x 16 x 10 inch polycarbonate electrical enclosure designed for industrial control and equipment protection. The enclosure features a hinged transparent screw cover with plastic quick-release latch, allowing easy access to internal components while maintaining secure closure. Constructed from polycarbonate with a light grey base (RAL 7035) and transparent cover, it incorporates a polyurethane gasket for environmental sealing and achieves IP66/IP67 ingress protection ratings with IK09 impact resistance. The enclosure operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (continuous) and -40°C to +140°C (short-term), meeting NEMA 4, 4X, 12, 12K, and 13 standards. It is fully insulated, halogen-free, and rated UL94-5VA for the base and UL94-V0 for the cover, making it suitable for demanding applications in manufacturing, telecommunications, power distribution, and outdoor installations where durability and environmental protection are essential.
