The 9677001165 is a 77-material bobbin ground core manufactured by Fair-Rite Products, designed to provide relatively low but stable inductance values for a wide range of applications. This bobbin features a uniform thermo-set plastic coating that can withstand a minimum breakdown voltage of 500V rms, with dimensional changes limited to a maximum of 0.5 mm (0.020"). The core exhibits an inductance factor (AL) of 17.5 nH ±10%, tested at 1 kHz with less than 10 gauss, and has a winding area (Aw) of 0.12 cm². The bobbin is particularly well-suited for power applications where stable inductance and voltage isolation are required, and it is RoHS compliant. Its economical design and proven performance make it an ideal choice for inductors, transformers, and signal conditioning circuits in industrial and consumer electronics.
