DESCRIPCIÓN

The EX830 is a 1000A AC/DC True RMS clamp meter with an integrated non-contact infrared thermometer designed for comprehensive industrial electrical and thermal measurements. It features True RMS current and voltage measurements for accurate readings of non-sinusoidal waveforms, with AC/DC current capability up to 1000A and voltage measurement from 0.1mV to 600V. The built-in IR thermometer with laser pointer measures non-contact temperatures from -58 to 518°F (-50 to 270°C) with ±2.0% accuracy, making it excellent for locating hot spots and diagnosing overheating equipment. Additional multimeter functions include resistance (0.1 to 40MO), capacitance (0.001nF to 40,000µF), frequency (0.001kHz to 4kHz), Type K temperature probe input (-4 to 1400°F), diode testing, continuity checking, and peak hold for capturing inrush currents and transients. The meter features a 1.7" (43mm) jaw opening accommodating conductors up to 750MCM, a 4000-count backlit display, autoranging capability, data hold, and min/max recording functions, making it ideal for troubleshooting electrical systems and thermal issues in industrial maintenance and field service applications.
