DESCRIPCIÓN
The EMK33H2H-32.768M-TR is a MEMS clock oscillator designed for precision timing applications requiring a 32.768 kHz nominal frequency output. It operates from a 3.3V supply (±10%) and delivers LVCMOS-compatible output with selectable tri-state or power-down control functions. The device features ±20ppm frequency tolerance over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range, with aging of ±1.5ppm maximum in the first year, ensuring stable long-term performance. Output characteristics include rise/fall times of 1.2 ns typical (3 ns maximum), period jitter of 2 pSec typical, and a 15 pF maximum load drive capability. The compact 4-pad plastic surface-mount package (2.5mm × 3.2mm) with tape-and-reel packaging makes it ideal for consumer electronics, real-time clocks, wearables, and IoT devices where space efficiency and reliable timekeeping are essential.
