DESCRIPCIÓN
The 515-1045 is a 12-element microLED® OptopipeTM optical light pipe array designed for use with Dialight's 597 Series PLCC-2 or PLCC-4 type SMT LEDs. This device features a 2.54mm square pitch layout with high transmissivity water-clear polycarbonate material rated UL94-V0, incorporating polished front surfaces on select elements to optimize light transmission. The light pipe is secured to the PCB via four press-fit pins located at the corners, with four elements slightly longer to provide additional support when mounted in panel openings. Operating across a temperature range of -30°C to +100°C, the 515-1045 offers ESD protection through circuit isolation from the front panel and reduces insertion costs through its array configuration. This design is ideal for multi-element indicator panels, status displays, and applications requiring reliable, cost-effective optical signal distribution in industrial and consumer electronics.
