The IPSLAT-A0750-5 is a low-range intrinsically safe absolute pressure sensor designed for use in hazardous areas with ATEX/IECEx approvals (II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga). It features a piezo-resistive silicon sensor housed in an oil-filled 316L stainless steel body with a 316L stainless steel diaphragm, providing excellent media compatibility and durability. The sensor incorporates a microprocessor-based amplifier requiring no field adjustment, delivering stable performance across high vibration and shock environments with accuracy of ±0.5% FS for absolute pressure measurement. Operating over a pressure range of 0–750 mbar absolute with a 4–20 mA output signal, the device is temperature compensated across +20°C to +80°C and maintains thermal stability with zero shift <±0.04% FS/°C. The IPSLAT-A0750-5 is ideal for critical monitoring applications in explosive atmospheres, including gas detection, process control, and safety instrumentation systems where intrinsic safety and reliability are essential.
