DESCRIPCIÓN
The 83240200 is a sealed microswitch featuring a double-break snap-action mechanism with electrically separated circuits (form Zb) and positive opening action according to IEC 60947-5-1 Annex K. It provides IP67 degree of protection with W3 quick-connect terminals (QC 6.3×0.8) and operates reliably over a temperature range of -50°C to +85°C. The switch delivers a maximum operating force of 4.5 N, a minimum positive opening force of 28 N, and a differential travel of 1±0.3 mm, with a mechanical life of 4×106 operations in IP67 versions. With a maximum rating of 10 A at 250 V~ (6 A nominal at 250 V~ for AC-15 electromagnetic loads), it meets cURus and CCC approvals and applicable railway standards. This microswitch is ideal for safety-critical industrial control applications, machinery interlocks, and environments requiring high protection against dust and moisture ingress.
