DESCRIPCIÓN
81519032 is a miniature solenoid valve designed for electro-pneumatic control in industrial automation systems. This 3/2 normally closed (NC) valve operates at 24 VDC with 1 W power consumption and features an operating pressure range of 1 to 8 bar with a 0.8 mm orifice diameter providing a flow rate of 25 NL/min at 6 bars. The valve offers a switching time of 5 to 15 ms, mechanical life of 5×107 operations, and operates within a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C. It features a rotatable connector with 4 positions in 90° steps, insulation class F per IEC 85, and is designed for mounting on sub-base or footprint according to CNOMO E-06-36-120N recommendation. This valve is suitable for compressed air or inert gas applications with oil-free air filtered to 50 µm, and an ATEX version (81519035) is available for use in potentially explosive atmospheres.
