DESCRIPCIÓN
The 81282510 is a pneumatic position detector microvalve designed for industrial automation and control applications. It features a normally closed (NC) configuration with horizontal output and operates across a pressure range of 2 to 8 bar with an orifice diameter of 2.7 mm, delivering a flow rate of 200 Nl/min at 6 bars. The device incorporates push-in connections for semi-rigid tubing (Ø 4 mm per NFE 49100 standard) and requires an operating force of 15 N at 6 bars with an effective travel of 1 mm. Operating reliably across temperatures from -5°C to +50°C, the microvalve achieves a mechanical life of 5 × 106 operations, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments including explosive atmospheres when ATEX-certified. Its compact design and low weight (14 g) enable seamless integration into pneumatic control systems for position sensing and logic element applications.
