DESCRIPCIÓN
B33-55-618 is a matte white polyester thermal transfer printable label stock designed for high-quality labeling applications. It features a permanent acrylic adhesive and a total thickness of 0.0028 inch (0.0711 mm), with a substrate thickness of 0.0020 inch (0.0508 mm) and adhesive thickness of 0.0008 inch (0.0203 mm). The label offers excellent performance across a wide temperature range, withstanding short-term exposure up to 180°C for 5 minutes and long-term service at 100°C for 30 days, with a low service temperature of -40°C. It demonstrates strong resistance to humidity, UV light, salt fog, and weathering per ASTM standards. This label is UL and cUL recognized when printed with Brady Series R4900 or R6000 Halogen Free ribbons, making it ideal for topside printed circuit board labeling and rating plates requiring high-density alphanumerics, barcodes, and graphics.
