DESCRIPCIÓN
WS1M1500J is a high-surge wirewound resistor from the WS Series designed to withstand transient overvoltage events in demanding applications. It features a 1 W power rating at 70°C, a 1500 O resistance value with ±5% tolerance, and a low thermal resistance ceramic core that enables efficient heat dissipation. The resistor operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +200°C with a temperature coefficient of ±200 ppm/°C, and meets IEC 61000-4-5 surge withstand specifications (1.2/50 µs exponential waveform). It is RoHS compliant with UL 94V-0 coating material, making it suitable for smart meters, renewable energy systems, industrial power supplies, lighting, and instrumentation applications where surge protection and reliability are critical.
