DESCRIPCIÓN

The TISP4A265H3BJR is an asymmetrical bidirectional thyristor surge protector optimized for LCAS (Line Card Access Switch) ring line and ADSL interface protection. It features a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of +100 V and -200 V, with breakover voltages of +125 V and -265 V, providing robust overvoltage clamping across both polarities. The device is rated for multiple international surge wave shapes including 2/10 µs (500 A), 8/20 µs (300 A), 10/160 µs (250 A), and 10/1000 µs (100 A) surge currents, with a maximum ringing AC voltage of 90 V rms and battery voltage of -52 V. Housed in a plastic SMB package (DO-214AA with J-bend leads) and supplied on embossed tape reel, this RoHS-compliant device is ideal for telecommunications equipment requiring reliable surge protection with high holding current to prevent DC latchup.
