DESCRIPCIÓN

The TBU-CA025-200-WH is a high-speed protection component designed to shield sensitive electronics from faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features a minimum trigger current of 200 mA and can withstand a peak impulse voltage of 250 V. This device exhibits a typical series resistance of 4.2 Ω and operates within approximately 1 µs to block surge events. Housed in a compact surface-mount DFN package, it is well-suited for applications such as voice/VDSL cards, protection modules, process control equipment, and general electronics.
