DESCRIPCIÓN

SRP7050TA-3R3M is a shielded power inductor designed for high-current DC-DC converter and power supply applications. It features a carbonyl powder core with shielded construction to minimize electromagnetic interference, delivering 3.3 µH inductance at 100 kHz with a typical DC resistance of 26 mO and maximum of 19 mO. The inductor supports a rated RMS current of 20.9 A and a saturation current of 8 A, with a self-resonant frequency of 15 MHz and quality factor of ±20% at 100 kHz. Operating across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +150°C with a 40°C temperature rise at rated current, this component is AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free, making it suitable for automotive and industrial power management circuits where reliability and EMI suppression are critical.
