DESCRIPCIÓN

SRP4020TA-R33M is a shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRP4020TA series designed for high-performance power conversion and filtering applications. The device features a 0.33 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, a carbonyl powder core for high saturation current capability, and shielded construction to minimize electromagnetic interference. Key electrical characteristics include a typical DC resistance of 7.8 mO (maximum 8.6 mO), a minimum quality factor of 10 at 100 kHz, a self-resonant frequency of 130 MHz, and a rated RMS current of 10 A with a saturation current of 18 A. The inductor operates reliably over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is AEC-Q200 compliant and RoHS compliant with halogen-free materials.
