DESCRIPCIÓN

SRP4020TA-R22Y is a shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRP4020TA series designed for high-performance power conversion and filtering applications. It features a carbonyl powder core with shielded construction, providing an inductance of 0.22 µH at ±30% tolerance and a minimum quality factor of 10 at 100 kHz. The device delivers a rated RMS current of 11 A with a saturation current of 24 A, a typical DC resistance of 6.6 mO (maximum 7.3 mO), and a self-resonant frequency of 270 MHz. Operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a 40°C temperature rise at rated current, this inductor is AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant with halogen-free construction. It is commonly used in automotive, industrial power supplies, and DC-DC converter applications where compact size, high current handling, and reliability are essential.
