DESCRIPCIÓN
SRN3015TA-1R0Y is a semi-shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRN3015TA series designed for high-frequency switching power supply applications. The device features a 1.0 µH inductance with ±30% tolerance, a minimum quality factor of 12 at 100 kHz, and a self-resonant frequency of 100 MHz, providing excellent performance in compact form factors. With a DC resistance of 0.03 O and rated current of 2.2 A (saturation current also 2.2 A), it delivers low losses and high current handling capability. The inductor operates reliably across -40°C to +125°C, incorporates ferrite core construction with enameled copper wire, and meets AEC-Q200, RoHS, and halogen-free compliance standards. These specifications make it ideal for DC-DC converters, point-of-load regulators, and other power management circuits requiring compact, high-efficiency inductors.
