DESCRIPCIÓN

SMLJ6.5CA is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 6.5V with a maximum reverse voltage (VRWM) of 11.2V and breakdown voltage (Vbr) ranging from 7.22V to 7.98V. The device is housed in a compact surface mount SMC package (DO-214AB) and offers fast response times of less than 1.0 ns, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from transient overvoltage events. With a maximum reverse current of 267.90 mA and power dissipation capability of 3000 watts, this device provides robust protection while maintaining a small footprint suitable for modern miniaturized applications.
