The SMLJ36CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in sensitive electronics. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 36V and a breakdown voltage between 40.0V and 44.2V. This device provides a high peak pulse power dissipation of 3000W and has a low reverse leakage current of 5 µA at its rated standoff voltage. The SMLJ36CA operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +150°C.
