DESCRIPCIÓN

SMLJ28A is a surface mount transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a peak pulse power dissipation of 3000 watts at 1 ms pulse width and a standoff voltage of 28 volts. The device offers a peak forward surge current of 300 A and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. With fast response times of less than 1.0 ns for unidirectional devices, it provides effective protection for portable communications, computing, and video equipment in a compact SMC (DO-214AB) surface mount package.
