DESCRIPCIÓN

SMLJ26A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment applications. It features a surface mount SMC (DO-214AB) package with a standoff voltage of 26 V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 3000 watts at 1 ms pulse duration. The device offers fast response times of less than 5.0 ns for bidirectional operation and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. With a peak forward surge current rating of 300 amps and steady-state power dissipation of 5.0 watts at 75°C, the SMLJ26A provides robust protection against transient voltage events. This device is ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits in portable devices and computing systems where compact size and high surge current handling are essential.
