DESCRIPCIÓN

SMCJ36A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Bourns designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a working voltage of 36 V, a breakdown voltage range of 40.0 V to 44.2 V, and a power dissipation rating of 1500 watts. The device is housed in a surface mount DO-214AB (SMC) package and is RoHS compliant. With typical fast response times of less than 1.0 picosecond, this TVS diode provides effective protection against IEC 61000-4-2 ESD, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge events, making it ideal for portable communications, computing, and video equipment applications.
