DESCRIPCIÓN

SMCJ30A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment applications. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 30V with a breakdown voltage of 31.1V, housed in a compact SMC (DO-214AB) surface mount package. It delivers a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 watts at 1 ms pulse width and a steady-state power dissipation of 5.0 watts at 75°C junction temperature, with a peak forward surge current rating of 200 amps. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is RoHS compliant with lead-free termination. SMCJ30A is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics from transient voltage spikes and electrostatic discharge events in compact, high-density circuit designs.
