DESCRIPCIÓN
SMCJ28A/BKN is a bi-directional surface-mount transient voltage suppressor designed to protect circuits from transient overvoltage events. It features 1500W peak pulse power dissipation capability with a 10/1000 µs waveform, excellent clamping capability, and very fast response time. The device operates with a working peak voltage of 28V and a maximum clamping voltage of 45.4V at peak pulse current, providing robust protection for sensitive electronic components. With a thermal resistance of 75°C/W and operating temperature range from -55°C to +150°C, this device is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and consumer electronics requiring reliable transient suppression.
