DESCRIPCIÓN

SMBJ120A is a transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in compact surface-mount applications. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 150 V and a breakdown voltage of 202 V, with a maximum power dissipation of 600 watts. The device is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional operation. It is RoHS compliant and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) standards. The SMBJ120A is ideal for protecting sensitive electronics in portable communications, computing, and video equipment from transient voltage events.
