DESCRIPCIÓN

SMAJ7.5CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a compact SMA (DO-214AC) surface mount package with a standoff voltage of 7.5 V and maximum reverse voltage rating of 7.5 V, offering fast response times of less than 5.0 ns for bidirectional devices. The device is rated for 400 watts peak pulse power dissipation (1 ms pulse width) and steady-state power dissipation of 1.0 watt at 75°C lead temperature, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The SMAJ7.5CA is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and ideal for protecting sensitive circuits from transient voltage spikes in consumer electronics and industrial applications.
