DESCRIPCIÓN

SMAJ70A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 70 V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 watts at 1 ms pulse width. The device is housed in a compact surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package and offers fast response times of less than 1.0 ns. With an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and RoHS compliant lead-free construction, this TVS diode is suitable for protecting sensitive electronics in portable communications, computing, and video equipment.
