DESCRIPCIÓN

The SMAJ6.0CA is a bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 6.0V and a breakdown voltage between 6.67V and 7.37V. This device can handle a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W and provides a maximum clamping voltage of 10.3V at a peak pulse current of 38.8A. Housed in a compact, surface-mount DO-214AC (SMA) package, it operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Its bidirectional protection makes it ideal for applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment.
