DESCRIPCIÓN

The SMAJ45A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from overvoltage transients. It features a working peak reverse voltage of 45V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 50V. This device provides a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W and can handle a peak pulse current of 5.5A for a 10/1000 µs waveform, clamping the voltage to a maximum of 72.7V. It is characterized by a low reverse leakage current of 1.0 µA at its working voltage. Housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface-mount package, the SMAJ45A is ideal for surge and ESD protection in applications like portable communications, computing, and video equipment.
