DESCRIPCIÓN

SMAJ20A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a working peak reverse voltage of 20 V with a breakdown voltage range of 20.0 to 22.1 V, and is housed in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package. It delivers a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 watts at 1 ms pulse width and a steady-state power dissipation of 1.0 watt at 75°C lead temperature, with typical response times under 1.0 picosecond. The SMAJ20A operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive circuits from transient overvoltage events.
