DESCRIPCIÓN

SMAJ170CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. This device features a working peak reverse voltage of 155 V, breakdown voltage range of 237–259 V, and peak pulse power dissipation of 400 watts at 1 ms pulse width. The SMAJ170CA is housed in a compact surface-mount SMA (DO-214AC) package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional operation. It is RoHS compliant, UL recognized, and suitable for applications requiring protection against IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge events.
