DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR263S-35-3300J is a 35 W power resistor from Bourns' PWR263S-35 Series, featuring a 330 O resistance value with ±1% tolerance and D²PAK (TO263) surface-mount housing. The resistor is manufactured using thick-film technology on alumina ceramic substrate, providing low inductance (0.1 µH maximum) and excellent thermal performance with a thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W. It operates across a wide temperature range from -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C, and supports a maximum operating voltage of 250 V. The device is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications including power supplies, motor drives, current measurement circuits, snubber networks, and bleeder/discharge circuits.
