DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR220T-35-8R00F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 35 W rated resistor features a resistance value of 8 O with ±1% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and electrical isolation from the backplate. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C with a thermal resistance of 3.7°C/W, supporting operating voltages up to 250 V and dielectric strength of 2 kV AC. It is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement equipment, and rectifier circuits where current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge functions are required.
