DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR220T-20-1R50F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 20 W rated resistor features a resistance value of 1.5 O with ±1% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 PPM/°C. It is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement applications, and rectifier circuits where reliable current measurement and snubber functionality are required.
