DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR163S-25-2R50J is a DPAK style surface mount power resistor from the Bourns PWR163 Series, designed for high frequency and pulse power applications. It features a 2.5 O resistance value with ±5% tolerance, a 25 W power rating at 25 °C case temperature, and very low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum. The resistor offers excellent thermal characteristics with a thermal resistance of 5.2 °C/W, operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C, and provides electrical isolation between the resistor and backplate. This RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified component is ideal for power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement equipment, and rectifier circuits where high power handling and low inductance are required.
