DESCRIPCIÓN

The PWR163S-25-2R20J is a 25 W DPAK-style surface mount power resistor from Bourns with a resistance value of 2.2 O and ±5% tolerance. It features very low inductance (0.1 µH maximum) and excellent thermal characteristics with a thermal resistance of 5.2 °C/W, making it ideal for high-frequency applications such as amplifiers for audio and wireless base stations. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate, operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C, and has a maximum operating voltage of 250 V. Its excellent pulse characteristics and low inductance make it well-suited for current limiting, capacitor discharge circuits, and other demanding power applications requiring reliable performance and minimal signal distortion.
