DESCRIPCIÓN

PWR163S-25-1R00J is a DPAK style surface mount power resistor rated at 25 W, designed for high-frequency applications such as audio amplifiers and wireless base station circuits. The device features very low inductance (0.1 µH maximum) and excellent pulse characteristics, making it ideal for current limiting and capacitor discharge applications. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 155°C with a thermal resistance of 5.2°C/W and maintains a tolerance of ±5% with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate, RoHS compliant, and AEC-Q200 qualified, ensuring reliability in demanding automotive and industrial environments.
