PTA3043-2010CIB103 is a low-profile slide potentiometer from Bourns designed for professional audio and consumer electronics applications. This single-gang unit features a 30 mm travel distance with a carbon element and metal housing, offering a linear taper with 10 kO standard resistance and ±20% tolerance. The potentiometer operates over a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, with a maximum operating voltage of 150 V DC for audio applications, a power rating of 0.2 W, and an insulation resistance of minimum 100 megohms at 250 V DC. With an operating force of 30 to 250 g-cm, sliding life of 15,000 cycles, and sliding noise limited to 100 mV maximum, this component is well-suited for audio/TV sets, amplifiers, mixers, synthesizers, and PC monitors where reliable, low-noise signal control is essential.
