PM1812-R22K-RC is a surface-mount chip inductor from the PM1812 Series designed for use in DC/DC converters, power supplies, and general applications. The device features a ferrite core with copper wire coil and epoxy resin enclosure, providing high resistance to heat, humidity, mechanical shock, and pressure. Key electrical characteristics include an inductance of 0.22 µH with ±10% tolerance, a quality factor (Q) of 40 at 25.2 MHz test frequency, a self-resonant frequency (SRF) minimum of 200 MHz, a DC resistance (RDC) maximum of 0.25 ohms, and a maximum DC current (IDC) rating of 665 mA. The inductor operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C and withstands soldering heat up to 245°C for 5 seconds, making it suitable for automated surface-mount assembly processes.
