DESCRIPCIÓN
PM06-2N7 is a 0603 chip inductor designed for high-frequency RF and wireless applications. It features an inductance of 2.7 nH (±0.3 nH @ 100 MHz) with a minimum Q factor of 40 at 800 MHz and a self-resonant frequency of 6000 MHz minimum, enabling excellent performance in high-frequency circuits. The inductor incorporates a non-magnetic core for stable electrical characteristics and a protective coated coil that provides mechanical and environmental protection. With a maximum DC resistance of 0.1 O and a DC current rating of 500 mA, it operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. This component is ideal for impedance matching, filtering, and tuning applications in RF modules, wireless transceivers, and high-speed digital circuits where compact size and high Q performance are essential.
