DESCRIPCIÓN

The P6SMB56CA is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection applications in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage range of 53.2 to 58.8 volts with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts at 1 ms pulse width, enabling robust protection against transient overvoltage events. The device is housed in a compact SMB (DO-214AA) surface mount package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds from 0 V to minimum breakdown voltage. With RoHS compliance, halogen-free construction, and a typical temperature coefficient of 0.1% per °C, the P6SMB56CA provides reliable protection across the operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits in harsh electromagnetic environments.
