DESCRIPCIÓN

P6SMB36A is a transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. The device features a breakdown voltage range of 34.2 to 37.8 volts with a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 watts at 1 ms pulse width. It is housed in a compact surface-mount SMB (DO-214AA) package and offers fast response times of less than 5.0 picoseconds for bidirectional operation. The device is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. It is suitable for IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection applications.
