DESCRIPCIÓN

The P4SMA6.8A is a unidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. It features a breakdown voltage of 6.45 to 7.14 volts with a peak pulse power dissipation of 400 watts and a peak forward surge current of 40 amps. The device is housed in a compact surface-mount SMA (DO-214AC) package and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with a typical temperature coefficient of 0.1% per °C. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD (Level 4), IEC 61000-4-4 EFT, and IEC 61000-4-5 Surge standards, making it ideal for protecting sensitive electronic circuits from transient overvoltage events in portable and computing applications.
