DESCRIPCIÓN

MOV-20D911K is a 20 mm metal oxide varistor designed to protect against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. The device features a nominal varistor voltage of 1000 V with a tolerance of ±10%, a maximum continuous voltage rating of 550 V (r.m.s.) and 815 V (d.c.), and a response time of 10–25 ns. It delivers a maximum peak current of 6500 A at 8/20 µs pulse waveform with a maximum energy absorption of 310 J per pulse and 480 pF typical capacitance. The varistor is bidirectional, RoHS compliant, and rated for an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, making it suitable for power supplies, power systems, line voltage protection, telecom systems, and industrial appliances requiring reliable surge protection.
